No. We are independent real estate agents.

You will lose access to TXR forms. but don’t worry. We have you covered.

You will lose national advocacy and any benefits associated with NAR or TXR.

You will lose the stigma associated with years of transparent greed and the Realtor® logo.

Franklin Brokerage is beginning a forward facing campaign to the consumer for brand and representational awareness. Our marketing plan and strategy is currently in process of development by one of the heaviest hitters in advertising. The firm we chose was responsible for 4 Superbowl commericals, the Pin Drop campaign from Verizon and the Intel Inside campaign, as well as many others. We are poised to create a new product where one has been desperately needed.

Your quarterly MLS dues will be $210 to Metrotex. Supra fees will remain unchanged.

We offer education, help with lead generation, a dedicated manager, and years of experience to help you succeed at the highest level possible.

You can write a check and re-join NAR any time. BUT – agents sponsored by Non-Realtor® brokers MUST be non-Realtors®. If a broker is a Realtor®, all agents sponsored by that broker MUST join NAR.

No. All agents must follow the status of the broker. Non-member brokers have non-member agents and vice versa.
